Hey, there's no new pack or card pop up in the game after redeeming 10 codes using the website. Where can I find them/How can I get them back?

Crystals problem

Cannot use abilities.
For several games now I haven't been able to use some abilities, and its been essential parts of my decks. Can't use Baxcalibur's Super Cold, or Flaffy's Dynamotor. Not a single card migrated from my PTCGO account. I can still access my PTCGO account and all my cards are still there, which from my understanding, means the migration process didn't successfully work I'm don't know how to try to migrate again, or if I can try it again, but I'd love to have my cards migrated before PTCGO…
