My favorite games are Gold/Silver/Crystal, (I'm not including remakes, that's why HGSS aren't on here.) My least favorite games are Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
For the initial opening where each player is just putting out their cards, the timer should be 30 seconds max. Far too often, I play against people who are taking over a minute to put out their opening card(s). There are only 5 cards to choose from! It should not take 60+ seconds.
