Help, why cant i join any battle ??it returns me to the queue room.

Hello, is anyone else happening to have this same issue ?

Since last 3 days ago i've been trying to join both casslificied or normal battles and it always returns me to the queue room and pops me some error message and please try later.

I need support please :(

PS: ALready reinstalled, removed cookies and tried different wifi connections already.
