Noivern JTG 128 has the Tuning echo ability that says if both players have an equal amount of cards in hand you can use the attack for free but it doesn't work and still requires energies

I redeemed some cards before I enter the tutorial. Now when the tutorial asks me to do the Mega Charizard X deck editing, it stuck in the adding card process.
