Ranked Matchmaking
I feel we should be matched up against people we are in the same league with. Great League, Poke League, Quick League etc. we shouldn't be in great league facing people from quick league, that just isn't fair in my opinion. I am sure people would agree with me.

Fix the rng
The rng system is clearly unbalanced. Normally I would refrain from this, luck is a part of the game, but I've played nearly 5000 games on live and there's some obvious discernible patterns. Error 10099, unable to download localization files from S3
The game is stuck on error 10099 at launch, the logs indicate a localization file from today (…/20250831_1700/ptbr.gzip) missing. By creating a mock file with the same name I was able to launch the game. Please fix

Got a new phone and decided to reinstall and i cannot log in to either the desktop or the mobile app. Any fixes?
Frozen and won’t let me take my turn
I was looking at my opponent’s charizard in play, they played a zerossic over it and it froze me in the looking screen. It then auto discarded for me, ruining my ranked game, and then didn’t let me take my turn otherwise, not letting me exit out of the looking screen
Energy Not Appearing in Discard Pile
Hi, I just played a game where my energy discarded did not appear in the discard pile. I used Topaz Bolt twice, but my discard only showed two energy. This was my first time seeing this issue. Has this happened for anyone else?
Error 10099 keeps appearing
I am trying to log into Pokemon TCG live on my iPhone 16 pro max and keep getting error 10099 come up - any know fixes?
