Game screen gets stuck often

My top deck covers the screen
Occasionally, the game will be super slow, and some actions take forever, and then eventually, a card that I top decks sprite appears when I draw it for the turn, and covers the screen, and freezes the game. BUG: Stuck on card detailed screen while knocking out oponent pokemon
My screen froze in the middle of a knock out animation. Playing in PC (5900x/7900xtx/32GB). I had my Dragapult EX (PRE 165) knock out Chien-Pao EX (PAL 261) using Phantom Dive. Not recieving rewards again
After completing the daily tasks , im not recieving my rewards credits. The animation stars float to top of the screen but none of my totals go up. This kept happening before. Still to this day after many tickets sent in, everytime i level up an claim the reward…total doesnt increase.
