Can the settings icon for tcg live be moved?

Hello, can the settings icon be moved to another part of the screen because currently it's right on top the opponent's discard pile and it makes it difficult to concede matches because most of the time the settings does not open and the opponents discard pile keeps opening? This is on Android devices
