It was a lot of fun! But I forget I easily sun burn, so my arms are dark red and my face is peeling and bright red...

Ouch!!! Get some aloe vera gel or the actual plant (I have lots growing in the backyard) and slather it on all of your burns!!! Pronto!

I don't have any of that! 😭 I'm trying to stay hydrated, though. Google says that will help the body regulate its temp. I'm also trying not to touch, but that's hard because my skin is making liquid to help it heal...

Nah, not yet. Nor my dad. I'm still at my Uncle and Aunt's house but I figure I'll tell them (well, show them lol) when they pick me up and I go home.

Ugh, @Hades0918 ! Tell your Aunt at least... She might have some aloe or vitamin E lotion or oatmeal lotion maybe those would work, but whatever you do, don't peel it! Gotta keep it for as long as possible to help protect the raw skin underneath....

Yep. I had a nasty sunburn once on my thighs because I was sitting for too long at an outdoor bbq by the pool while everyone else was swimming. I thought I'd be fine because I had a hat on and I don't normally burn just turn slightly pink and then I'm tanned by the next day... but boy oh boy my legs turned bright deep red and they hurt soooo bad. I did put aloe vitamin e gel on them so it took a about a week and then.... It turned into one big huge white blister of a layer of skin on each thigh. It was..... Interesting...lol.... yet still painful. I still kept putting the aloe stuff to get it to heal and it also cooled the burn too. Yeah, loads of fun.

I'M AN IDIOT!!! So you know how I said my nose is creating liquid to help it heal? Well my nose had stopped doing that but all the liquid hardened. I was afraid of the build up damaging my pores, so... I WIPED IT ALL OFF WITH A BABY WIPE!!! IT BURNS, D!!! BUUUUUUUURNS!!! And it's making liquid AGAIN!!! My dad is going to drive me up to WalMart for some Aloe Vera to get me relief, though. It's 9:27 PM right now so I am incredibly unenforceable

I would have told them! Nothing much they could do when we're at different houses. And my Uncle and Aunt didn't have anything that could help. I figure I will stay hydrated and apply the AloeVera throughout the day. I might also take a rag with cool water and just lay it on my nose. I won't wipe anything off but it will keep my nose cool and moisturized (I hope)

Sounds good. Okay, fine, I know you would have told them.... still, it sounded bad when you mentioned it here. When I had a nasty burn (skin blistered black like an overcooked bbq chickens 😬) on my inner wrist/forearm, I was using aloe vera leaves, stripped them of the spikes, split them length wise down the middle and I'd just leave those on for a long time. I also refrigerated the other half of the leaf/succulent so when I went to apply it, it was cool and helped a lot. I also kept it wrapped (with more aloe stuff/juice squeezed on it) when I had to go to work/school. It worked. Took a while to heal. No scars thankfully. (And yep I can tell you aren't at your best right now because I've been dropping all kinds of "Dragonfly Lore" and no one's even noticed, lol 😁)

Oh, shoot! You're right! Leg burns and BURNT BLACK wrist burns are huge D Lore! AND you grow the Aloe Vera! Wowza! Sigh I guess I've got a lot on my mind with all my school being due in 4 days... Anyways, that sounds painful! Puts my burn to shame!

No, your burn is still an important burn (huh, that doesn't sound right but you know what I mean, right?) and you need to take care of yourself, be careful with it too. Burns are icky because they continue to hurt continuously for a long time, or at least when they get touched. (I've also had oil burns from someone working in the back not looking or calling out "fries" and dumping a thing of freshly made from the oil fryers french fries on my arms as I was scooping the old ones up to fill an order at BK 😕.).

(That's awful! They knew you were right there and didn't say anything! Thanks to them you got something nasty! I've never seen an oil burn, but I can picture one! Ouch!)

(Aloe healed those splatter marks too. Yeah, that chick was always being mean in an "oops" or "I'm just joking" kind of way to me. I have no clue why either, since they were also same grade as me, captain and a point guard of the highschool basketball team I was on team and they were always flaunting designer clothes and stuff in our faces and making fun of us even at school. Maybe because I got better grades than them, or because I was a friend to pretty much everybody in school (got voted unknowingly as "friendliest" out of my entire class, surprise surprise, lol), ahhh who knows? And to think I'd still give them rides to practice or help them with homework).....

(Now that is a major D lore drop! Wowza... You definitely deserve that friendliest title! Especially when you continued to be nice to an absolute jerk... Respect to you my friend!)

Yep, Zacian, will be getting a Wanderer Style holowear! (It still bugs though, that there are quite a few Pokemon in Unite that don't have a battle pass grade holowear or any holowear at all...). Oh-well, I'm not begrudging my Zacian their chance to have another set. TBH, I really really really like the original Captain Style (pirate looking holowear), but as I cannot obtain that, I'll be happy (hopefully) with this new one. As of right now, I do not have anything for Zacian (I don't really care for the top hat one)..... so yay!

I don't know. I tried to research it but couldn't find a reason. What I could find, though, is that the backwards-facing knees of a bird are actually heels and their knees are hidden in feathers. Also, another fun fact I heard, most bones in a bird are rigid and can't move due to being fused together (and they have hollow spaces for air on the inside that are connected to the respiratory system and help them breathe) because it aids with flight. Interestingly, their neck bones are more mobile than a human's, which I think was because they can't move their eyes much.

(Usually more mobile than a human's.)

Super cool! Hmm I think I heard about the hollow bone thing, (for flight is all I knew) and I've watched my chickens turn their necks at humanly impossible angles while preening/cleaning/sleeping etc.... I like birds too 🙂

I'm totally gonna "fan-girl" for a sec here..... Earlier today me and CP were playing quicks in Unite..... some with random reals, some against random reals and of course they throw in some cpus. Welllll, for one of the matches, we were matched up with a🤩✨Legend✨🤩. Aaaaaaannnnnnd the legend (who I won't name) wanted to play with us again 😁😎. I guess they liked our playing style. Soooooo we ended up playing like 6 or more matches, winning every single one even though almost all of them were against real people. We all worked good together... It was awesome! Thanks @Ember2026 for some fun matches! Thanks mr. ✨Legend✨ for having fun playing with us too. Tooooo cool, tooooo much fun 😁.
