Since it takes place in San Francisco, I feel quite comfortable telling you all that the Unite part is spectatable via a link in Unite (at least that's what it says) starting at 8am Pacific time (1600 utc?) on the 28th (Friday/tomorrow). I think it will take you to a live stream probably via YouTube since Unite has an official channel there.

8am PDT is 15:00 UTC. Pacific is UTC -7 on Daylight Savings Time and -8 when we fall back to Standard. Prefer we stick to Standard time but I digress.

Actually, I thought we were going to be on a one time all the time, meaning no more daylight savings time just standard. It is actually much healthier for our biorhythms to stick to one schedule then to keep changing back and forth. So yeah, I agree, @Lonestar85 . Thanks for the UTC reminder. For sone reason I can't ever figure it out or convert/translate it as easily as I can for Eastern to Midwest to Pacific time zones. π€·ββοΈ

I just realized something today, my bf asked me what my Unite level was....
So I read her my stats from my profile.
She kept laughing and asked me to repeat my level again. It took me a while, but finally I got it.
In case you're wondering, I kid you not, my I'm currently at level 67.

@Ember2026 is her best friend but I too took that as boyfriend so I was surprised when sudden she had a girlfriend. I then pieced best friend together but was confused for a moment. Also I recommend using BFF or simply typing the words out instead of using short hand/acronyms to get around the mistaken assumption on BF.
Then there's me and doing typos galore because I type on my phone too fast.

But yeah, LOL, I agree that the number you mentioned was indeed the "forbidden" number for, at least, our generation (even though it was common enough language throughout highschool back in the days). Also the number below it. (I just didn't want to be the cause of a mass of google searches regarding said numbers π ....). Let's just say it's not for minors/everyone or for use in polite company π.

Thank you @Hades0918 ! Actually, for a few days I was feeling grumpy and I was afraid that my mood would be seen through the comments I made so I only participated a little bit. TBH yesterday and today I'm just flat out tired. So tired I actually took a nap after I ate lunch yesterday. The strange thing was that I thought I only took a quick power nap and then played a round of Unite. When in actuality I was still asleep but dreaming I was playing (lol). I realized that I was still asleep and woke myself up once the music (which I normally keep off) in game changed to Sonic Rumble (a diff game) music. So then I woke up, completely disoriented and found too much time has passed yet why was there daylight? Yeah, lol, I was very discombobulated. Hmmmm I don't think I answered your question but got side tracked.

Well, I don't know if we won because I forced myself to wake up. I think it was a fun battle though and we were winning! I actually only slept for 30 but had intended for a ten minute power nap. Luckily it didn't throw the day off too much.

i got invited yesterday! but becuase its a newer version it already has the cusions and wool stairs and slabs. when i try to join a realm it says the host is useing an older version π₯Ί. it loads waaaaaay faster. but since its a beta test it freezes sometimes and when flying with an elytra the chucks take a while to load on vibrant visuals. they did say it will be fixed tho

i made a test work on creative and tested a few things (like the elytra thingy) then i made a test survival world but then i love the seed so i turned it into my main! (i didnt have one at the time)

That sounds like fun! I've got two worlds I work/play in.... the one you know about (wink wink) and another one which is called a Dragonborn Mashup. Basically it's a mod world with Skyrim everything!! I still can't wait till we get all the beta stuff in our survival worlds though. New trees! Cushions! Etcβ¦

me and my brother found an abandoned camp. and found a map that leads to a pale oak forest camp. they updated the maps too. it looks a bit different. now you can get maps that lead to a structer (like a deep dark map!) these are called exploror maps, or you could get a blank one that leads to nothing. also i forgot to talk about the seed. it has a deep dark right under spawn, and it has a cherry grove thingy. the deep dark with the normal settings looks scary but with vibrant visuals it looks super cool! the deep dark blue block thingys glow. my only complain for vibrant visuals is that for some reason when you look at a light source everything else turns dark and you can baraly see around you. Also i dont like how the water is clear. it looks good in the ocean but when you place a bucket of water some where its basicaly invisible. also you cant tell the diffence between normal and powder snow.

In case you all are wondering what the big deal is about ..... I had a mission for Reshiram in Unite to do two ranked matches before daily reset today. So I played one last night.... won. Then I played again this morning and also won..... WHICH MEANS ...... π......dadaDAAAAAAAH!... You're reading a comment on the wall of an again-Master! Yep, keeping the streak alive π. Yeah, well, I can't usually sit through ranked because I can't play with you. Sounds really dumb and it is but I can't seem to find proper flow with randos so I'm either getting a really good team, a team that's good but somehow doesn't seem to actually be with me, or a team that has zero teamwork and so we get destroyed by enemies. Just gets tiring when it is almost always the last two I said. They refuse to listen to my cries for help and don't communicate with me and it makes it hard to enjoy it. You know?

Yes, unfortunately I DO know because I see that at these levels too, thus all the disgruntled threads by others in the Unite section and people looking for potential teammates. Hmmmmm, I know someone else who is better than me but hasn't been playing ranked for the past few seasons so they got bopped down.... I think she might try ranking up soon too.... I think (wink, wink) you play with her too..... I'm pretty sure her.... hint hint.... Blaziken, whom she mains with mostly in ranked and against reals, could help you both propel upwards through the ranks .....

Yep! That was me..... Sorry I had to go. My battery was too low. Also, I was in a Blastoise mood... felt like just shoving oranges out of goal zones lol. For ranked, I usually I go defender Blastoise, Articuno and previously Ho-Oh (but not so much since he was double nerfed), or all-rounder.... I can and do play many other Pokemon, but I tend to stick to the defenders and all-rounders lately.

You might find you really like SirFetchd. Then again, it is good to have variety, so play a couple matches (when you get him) with SirFetchd then switch it up and play with someone else. It helps to keep things interesting and then when you back to him, you may find you missed playing with him. That's how I am with Ceruledge. But when I do go back to her it's like.... ahhhhh.... this just feels right, psycho cutting everything as I charge about! Lol!

Ummmmm ..... I play too much? (π€) Nah, I think it's because my fun matches I play with friends and "we've got each others backs!" ππ. Also, the Pokemon I main with in ranked, those ones aren't as good (except my Ceruledge & Aegislash are still ok even though I do play ranked with them) because lately I've been solo queuing and you never know who's going to be your teammates.

It still is good to know that the people you're playing with aren't just going to sit at home base and spam thanks for four and a half minutes ... even when we're winning. Yep. I've seen that . Lol.

Because that thread grew so fast and comments were flying sooooo much that (1) I never read more than the first page and (2) I had, past tense, it bookmarked and the notifications would briefly pop up at the bottom of my screen giving me a brief teaser of whatever you all were doing.... but I turned it off since it was almost tooo many notifications and, tbh, I didn't think I'd ever catch up. Now though, I'm curious and maybe, just maybe I'll dedicate an hour to reading it.... tomorrow perhaps?

Wellllll actually, since it's been soooooooo hot over here, today should only be in the low 100Β°sF, staying outside anytime after 9am is not necessarily a good thing. And on top of that, the natural grass gets dry so it looks more like straw AND they ship most of our natural water South so we have to conserve water (the farmers/ranchers here need it more than the households), the grass really isn't that green. Yep, I do miss green grass, but that's life here. No, I don't spend THAT much time playing Unite, hmmm maybe just a total of hmmmm 1-2 hrs a day, most of it late at night and a bit around daily reset. Unless it's tournament day (once a month).

I think so! Also, if you're worried about... "suggestive" themes don't be. They have very strict rules against it and will ban you if you violate those rules. Now, I think language is allowed though... I saw a story with a pretty strong word in it so safe to read in some aspects but not in others. But we won't be using language and you don't have to read the challenges.
