I got it, too! There's another NPC that when you beat her she gives you the items to evolve it! Also, I don't know when she appears, but there will be a woman in front of Q HQ that will trade you an Alolan Raichu

Do you have to trade it to become Galarian Slowking?

You use the items the girl gives you. It doesn't require trade. It works like a stone. Also, great job for getting to B!

From what I've seen, tagging in the replies of an activity post doesn't notify the person (though they will be notified of a new reply if the post is on their page or if they're the one who posted it).

Some one next to Wild zone 11 said I had to find a Galarian Stunfish in wild zone 11 and he gave it to me after.
