In 2021 we got Pokémon's 25th anniversary set "Celebrations" which included new and reprints of vintage / older cards. Next year 2026, will be Pokémon's 30th anniversary! My opponent and I each had 1 prize left. My active is a charizard ex with 270/330 damage on it. Opponent has a drakloak with no damage on it. Opponent had 1 fire and 1 luminous on drakloak, then did not headbutt for 70 damage. Passed turn without attacking. I win. Is there a rule I don’t understand preventing drakloak from…
