What are the typical food of some regions in pokemon world?

But i am assuming the cuisine mimics the regions real world counterparts, so:

Kanto and Johto: Probably a lot of Japanese cuisine.

Hoenn: Japanese but more seafood.

Sinnoh: Japanese but also more meat and dairy.

Unova: Probably the more varied region in cuisine due to the very diverse population, but a bit hit and miss.

Kalos: More fine dining and a Mediterranean diet.

Alola: Unova but with more Japanese influence.

Galar: Curry and seafood.

Paldea: I would assume more similar to Kalos due to its geographic similarity but leaning more towards seafood and the Mediterranean diet.

I am no expert in Japanese food so its hard to come up with examples other than the obvious ones, plus it doesn't help that the typical sources of food are different in the Pokémon world compared to the real world which makes difficulties in creating examples.

I always find it fun how each Pokémon region has its own unique food culture—it really makes the world feel more alive and immersive. The little details like snacks and regional dishes give the series so much extra flavor, literally and figuratively!
