In animation, the typical food of some regions in pokemon world is different main course, dessert, and snack taste.

For example:

  • in Kalos Region, they are eating poke puff, and she was made poke puff by Serena (It Found at Pokémon XY: The Series)
  • in Galar Region, Ash and Goh eating a delicious round cake (But what delicious round cake in Galar Region???) (It Found at Pokémon Journeys: The Series)

But Are there some typical food in some region beside on example? (example, in Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea)

This question is about the anime, but I will talk about the ones in the games as they probably exist in the anime too.

Kanto: Pewter Crunchies (made in Pewter City, the city where Brock's gym is)

Johto: Rage Bar Candy (made in Mahogany Town, a town that's close to the Lake of Rage in Johto)

Hoenn: Lava Cookie (made in Lavaridge Town, which is near a Volcano)

Sinnoh: Old Gateau (found in the Old Chateau, an old abandoned house in the forest next to Eterna City in Sinnoh)

Unova: Casteliacone (Ice Cream made in Castelia City that looks like the Pokémon Vanillite)

Kalos: Lumiose Galette (made in Lumiose City, the city where Clemont's gym is)

Kalos: Shalour Sable (made in Shalour City, which is where Korrina's gym is)

Alola: Big Malasada / Malasada (made in Alola, can be found everywhere in Alola except Poni Island)

Galar: Curry (can be made in the Pokémon Camp feature with ingredients you choose)

Paldea: Sandwiches (they are loved by Koraidon and Miraidon, the Pokémon you ride in Scarlet and Violet respectively. You can make them in the picnic feature with ingredients you choose)

    Pokémon food:

Pokéblocks (made in Hoenn, and depending on the berries used to make it, it can make your Pokémon cooler, cuter, more beautiful, tougher, or more clever)

Poffins (made in Sinnoh. They work just like Pokéblocks do)

Poké Puffs (made in Kalos and Hoenn, they increase your Pokémon's affection towards you when you feed it to them. The flavour does not matter, but what level the Poké Puff is decides how much feeding it to your Pokémon increases their affection)

Poké Beans (found in Alola, they work the same as Poké Puffs. Sometimes, humans eat them but it's implied in the games that humans eating them is not seen as normal)
