Account recover (but no one help)

Options

Hello i had a problem after the crash that happened a few days ago at dinner time (italian time, if i'm not mistaken it was 13 June) since that day i can't access my account anymore.
I sent more than one email but nothing. I still remember my main deck, i was also in ultra ball 2, i really don't know what to do, i need help, nobody wants to answer me, it's embarrassing…
The thing is, during the server crash moment (it lasted more than two hours if I'm not mistaken), the game on the home screen advised me to clear the game cache from my iPhone.
I did so and from that, once they fixed the server issues at a general level, I was unable to log in again, which usually happened automatically as soon as I opened the game.
What should I do? No one answers my emails, I even tried to play again from scratch but it's practically pointless, since the game itself requires a lot of time before becoming minimally competitive. Is there anyone who could help me recover the account? The name should be DorlBorg or Dolborg

I have already done this, I have submitted the ticket twice. This is my response to the ticket. They asked me questions about the account I want to recover, I provided all the information I have. No response since that day.

@Derlborg I am having the exact same problem to the T. I have sent emails and tickets to their support team and have gotten no response. I’m not sure what to do besides sending tickets for help to the support team. Please let me know if you hear anything back from them because I also have not heard since the game crashed that day.

hi jino, yes there are two of us. I saw your post and the only thing I can tell you is that the online support service is a bit poor, it is obvious that if this game continues in this way it will lose many users. I have not played for a week now for this reason and I think that with how the support desk works, my account is gone and apparently there is nothing else to do or find a reason. It is a shame because after about 3 months of playing I was finally able to have a competitive deck. I also tried to start playing again, but with the new expansions coming it's taking me too long to recover the progress of the old account, I think that if I don't get my main one back I'll give up the game, without thinking about it anymore.

same here, I’ve been submitting so many tickets and emails. I’m starting to think they just forgot about me. I spent a good amount of money too. I would seriously love to play again but I’m afraid I just lost my account because they just won’t get back to me.

I think we have received many tickets and they are trying to recover so many accounts that they have only taken on the first requests, I am sure we are not the only ones
