I've gotten thru. It was a worldly breach. Someone hacked something major and left a mess behind to cover their tracks. Anyways. Clear cache, close all apps. Uninstall. Restart device, reinstall app and only use mobile data until you finish all of the updates. Soon everything should work fine within 24hrs including WiFi gameplays

Asap Jerry it doesn't work for me. I don't care about this game anymore, I tried your method last night without success.
For me they can do what they want, with this way they have of assisting users they won't go very far and other people will make the same decision as me.
While playing you also realize it, it's a game abandoned to itself, with great potential if managed differently and a large user base. Unfortunately everyone notices it except those directly involved.
I repeat for me they are fine where they are, they sent me an email just yesterday to help me recover the account writing again: provide the receipt of your 14-day Apple subscription, but it's a free subscription, Apple doesn't provide receipts for free services, who gives you a receipt if you don't pay anything?
They are really foo it's different and their assistance desk is even more stupid.
