Didn't get cards from physical codes

I decided to download the TCG Live real quick so I could redeem my (30) pack codes. So, I installed it, opened it up, and Immediately closed it, doing nothing in the tutorial. Proceeded to redeem my codes, opened it again, aand I only got one pack. I try redeeming them again, and it says they've already been redeemed. Anything i can do?

    I claim a code in the website and the cards do not show up in the tcg app I done all other step and would like to have my cards.

    I can tell you that they do not reimburse for any reason… I'm sorry but looks like you're just out them codes.
