I am having this issue and when I asked a support staff for help and filed a ticket they told me the very basic "reinstall, close background apps, etc.", but other accounts work on both phone and computer.
Then they said "Unfortunately, we do not have any further troubleshooting steps to provide so any further inquiries on this matter may be closed without further reply."
Now I look for a answer on the forum and the mod's say open a support ticket. I did and still the issue isn't getting fixed.
