Error code 10011

When starting the game it reaches 10/41 and then presents me "There was an issue loeading Pokemon TCG Live. Please try again. ERROR: 10011"

This happened to me on both my PC and phone. Not sure what to do now and this is after they fixed 10099 yesterday

I contacted the support team and they said they were aware of the issue and its under investigation, hopefully its something that can be fixed quick.

Yup. Finally released the fix for the 10099 error and fall straight into this one instead.

Update from myself: sent a support ticket but no update for 2 days. This seems to be an account issue as I made a new, hopefully temporary, account and I was able to log in and play the game. Though it's really annoying me that I don't have all of my previous decks and cards. Can someone please fix my account
