Incompetent Players
I don't understand how so many terrible players can exist in this game. It's an easy game to play. By the time you're each ULTRA, you should know what you're doing. Somehow, these players will do everything right up until it's time to fight GROUDON. They completely disappear when your team needs them the most. After the rest of the team gets killed, I look to see where they are… OH LOOK, Pikachu / Mewtwo has wondered of to get farm instead of helping the team get the objective. GREAT! Now the other team is gonna score an additional 300 points. I'm so sick of losing due to trash teammates. 3 Games in a row, players just not sticking with the team, or the players who pick jungle don't know anything about rotating.

I respectfully disagree, as regards RANKED.
If someone wants to eschew the widespread, established playing conventions in Ranked, then they should go play on the Casual Sky Ruins map. There’s no difference except that RANKED has status symbol rewards (Master, Legend), the Draft Pick & the framework of competitive playing conventions. So why go Ranked if one disagrees with its playing conventions?

Because just because they add a rank doesn't mean you shouldn't get to play the way you enjoy
This game is for fun, and if people have a problem with others playing the way they find fun because it doesn't match the "right" way that's on them
It's literally just a game and I don't thin there should be an expected way to play
Everyone has their own unique play style and the key to success is learning how to work with styles that differ from yours
