Ways to track posts that aren't yours

I feel like there should be a "track" button when you enter a discussion. The only discussions that you're updated about are ones that you posted. But there are several discussions going right now that I'd like to keep track of and be updated about when there's a new post on that discussion.

    in your notification preferences you can set it to be notified for posts you bookmark and posts that you participate in.

    Click the Bookmark Icon on any post you want on the right of it's title and you can then get notifications when new comments are added on it.
