When Ever I Try to Do a Ranked Battle On Pokemon Champions it keeps Saying Communication Interrupted and ask Me To Restart the Game and I have Redownload the game and Cleared My Cache and still won't Work

I just claimed my 2026 Worlds Incineroar, but going to the Mystery Gift screen in Champions it says the code has already been claimed. Nobody else should have access to my account. What’s happened here, and can I get a replacement code? Has anyone else run into this?
