Funny thing, I thought the same thing when I first saw it. But then CP told me not to, because it looked like it was intentionally placed at @MonstaDash's base, probably by MonstaDash.

Thank you for apologizing. Yeah, things happen and miscommunication also happens. Maybe a good rule of thumb is if you didn't build it in or around town, then let's ask first before we change it. Or just post a question like i did about the wateroverflow thingy. (I have no clue if that was intentional)
