Camera not working in app on Mac since update
starting on 7/31, my camera for redeeming cards is not working. I just see a spinning poke ball with a message to click here to turn on camera but nothing happens when i click.
i have tried it on 2 different Mac laptops.

That could be done by going to support.pokemon.com, click on the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link, and then hit "Contact Us." Let us know if you have any other concerns!

Mine Too!!! The iPhone app doesn't allow for redeeming cards, just forwards to the website. So annoying, have hundreds of codes to redeem from Shrouded Fable and TWM but can't!

same issue on my MacBook Air as well. I’ve updated the game and my computer and tested the camera outside of the game
