My question is: If a Iron Hands ex is equiped with a future booster energy Capsule (that "removes" the retreat cost from him), and my opponent has a Spidops ex (his abillity increases one retreat cost). Spidops attack is: 90 + 30 for each retreat cost in the active pokemon. The Spidops can damage the Iron Hands or not?
