Reasons a Pokemon tries to break out while being captured
I'm trying to think of all possible reasons a Pokemon would be trying to wiggle its way out of the Poke Ball while being captured, since it's not likely that every single Pokemon doesn't like being in a ball at first. The reasons I can think of are: -It's an aggressive Pokemon -It wants to play/battle more -It wants to…

(Legends Arceus) How do the Galaxy Team rope Pokeballs work?
You know the Pokeballs some members of the Galaxy team have tied to their waist by a sizeable rope? How do those work? Do the holes left in the ball not allow the Pokemon to escape? The only possibilities on how they throw the ball would be to take the whole rope and throw the ball as is, or untie the Pokeball from their…

FIshermen Pokeballs
In the games (at least BDSP), the fishermen class are shown sending out their Pokemon by casting their pole as if they were fishing. What I'm wondering is how that works. Does the ball stay on the line after the Pokemon comes out (but the game doesn't show it)? Does it break off and come back to the trainer? And what would…

Question about Chop Down Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee
In Let's Go, your partner learns Chop Down from the SS Anne captain, as he has his back turned while cutting down his tree. After your partner learns it, the captain turns back around and comments on how your partner learned it. How did he know your partner Pokemon learned it if he wasn't looking?

Pokemon Expelling Poison (Status)
In the games, if your Pokemon has high enough affection with you (or friendship depending on the game), it can heal statuses to make you happy, like poisoning. Anyone have any theories on how the Pokemon can quote "expel" poison (Sweat, spit, powering through it, etc.?)

(MAJOR SPOILERS) Confusing thing about the end of S/V for me
So at the end, when you fight AI Turo/Sada, they're basically like "You guys are having so much fun, I wanna have fun in the future/past too", and head off in the time machine to their respective era. Now, to the player, they told that they cannot leave the Area Zero Lab because they run thanks to the power of the high…

Moves that work differently in the anime
Can anyone think of any Moves that work differently in the anime compared to the games? All I can think of is Acid Armor. In some (some) cases it completely liquifies the Pokémon into the body of water it's in (see Vaporeon and Phione), but it doesn't work that way in the games (it can't anyway - you can't completely turn…

Hail vs Snow in Pokémon
I recently found out that in real life, trye full-sized hail cannot happen during a blizzard. Any theories as to how in the Pokémon world that it's possible?

How does Acid Armor work?
In-universe, how does acid armor work? It says the user liquifies itself, and depending on the generation, this either looks like the Pokemon melting into poison-y acid or just liquifying like water (temporarily), which then boosts defense. Any ideas how that works in-universe?

Baddy Bad (Eevee move)
In Let's Go, one of the partner Eevee's special moves is "Baddy Bad". The move description says Eevee acts bad. All the attack does is show Eevee shouting out and some energy emanating from it. Any ideas on what Eevee could be doing to act badly so quick there?
