Pokemon Expelling Poison (Status)
In the games, if your Pokemon has high enough affection with you (or friendship depending on the game), it can heal statuses to make you happy, like poisoning. Anyone have any theories on how the Pokemon can quote "expel" poison (Sweat, spit, powering through it, etc.?)

(MAJOR SPOILERS) Confusing thing about the end of S/V for me
So at the end, when you fight AI Turo/Sada, they're basically like "You guys are having so much fun, I wanna have fun in the future/past too", and head off in the time machine to their respective era. Now, to the player, they told that they cannot leave the Area Zero Lab because they run thanks to the power of the high…

Moves that work differently in the anime
Can anyone think of any Moves that work differently in the anime compared to the games? All I can think of is Acid Armor. In some (some) cases it completely liquifies the Pokémon into the body of water it's in (see Vaporeon and Phione), but it doesn't work that way in the games (it can't anyway - you can't completely turn…

Hail vs Snow in Pokémon
I recently found out that in real life, trye full-sized hail cannot happen during a blizzard. Any theories as to how in the Pokémon world that it's possible?

How does Acid Armor work?
In-universe, how does acid armor work? It says the user liquifies itself, and depending on the generation, this either looks like the Pokemon melting into poison-y acid or just liquifying like water (temporarily), which then boosts defense. Any ideas how that works in-universe?

Baddy Bad (Eevee move)
In Let's Go, one of the partner Eevee's special moves is "Baddy Bad". The move description says Eevee acts bad. All the attack does is show Eevee shouting out and some energy emanating from it. Any ideas on what Eevee could be doing to act badly so quick there?

Why can you catch a Pokemon that's asleep but not fainted? (Theory or fact)
Thinking for more of an in-lore explanation here, headcanon or otherwise. And I'm not so much looking for a detailed theory/explanation why you can't catch a fainted Pokemon as opposed to a general "why one works and not the other" kind of answer.

Is the Moon alive in Pokemon?
Odd qustion maybe, but I guess I don't understand mysticism well. Probably overthinking as usual too. Either way, there's the move "Lunar Blessing" ("Crescent Prayer" in Japanese if relevant). The Pokemon gets a blessing from the moon (more specifically by praying to it, in the Japanese description). The moon seemingly…

Do you think a Pokeball hitting a Pokémon hurts it?
Some games, the Pokeball doesn't even hit the Pokémon (unless that's a thing to make the graphics easier). Others it does, and the anime definitely does, but the Pokémon aren't always, if even phased at all. It doesn't seem to hurt then much if it all, but a Pokeball is still made out of some sort of metal (or hard…

Why are Pokemon in SV surprised when you throw a ball at them?
The Pokémon can see you throwing a ball (with a Party Pokemon) at them, then are surprised (? ; they go "!" anyway), then sometimes go "?" or "!" again quickly after. What would surprise them if they already see the ball being thrown at them? Being hit by it? The balls don't seem to hurt them, so is it a quick adrenaline…
