Prism Energy not working
had two prism energy on one pokemon and it didn't allow me to use attack

Had to forfeit every match I played because prism energy wasn’t working

Having the same issue. Prism energy does not seem to be registering. Tried to use torrential pump with wellspring and demolish with cornerstone but neither worked. I had all the required energy, and there was nothing that my opponent did that would prevent me from attacking during either of those turns but the attacks were not available. Prism does not appear on the card, instead there is a white dot where the energy should be. Disappointing.

Yea it looks like there is no way to fix it. I was lucky Legacy energy still works so I was able to win with Ho-oh Box.

Really difficult to play my deck with it not working. Do they read these or can we submit a ticket?

Thank you everyone for reporting this! The team is aware of and actively investigating the issue in which Prism Energy (BLK #086) does not correctly register as certain energy types when attached to a Pokémon.
We will provide updates as they become available.

Same here could not use Prism Energy on Windows, nor Android. Tested different decks and worked on none.

I also noticed a luminous energy didn't work on Okidogi, but it did on Munkidori (it counted as the darkness and psychic energy Munki needed and but not the darkness Okidogi needed with a fighting attached as well), so possibly an Okidogi issue in there as well?
