I finally encoutered this Prism problem!

I didn't use this energy, but my opponent did, and it counted as a colorless energy instead.

I ran into this problem using Prism energy on Maractus JTG 160
It didn't even register as colorless. (3 games in a row, it is a consistent bug)

Same. Had prism plus two fighting energies on Okidogi — no HP or damage boost. Then later I had fighting, plus prism, plus Legacy energy on another Okidogi — I couldn't even attack at all. Not sure why fighting + legacy (which also provides every type of energy) wouldn't at least have allowed an attack. Prism appeared as a white dot; don't recall if Legacy did as well.

I also agree that it's a pain to constantly create support tickets on the countless coding issues in Live — invariably the answer is "we know this issue, thanks" or "pls send me all your system specs" followed by this looks like a known sync issue, check your browser, internet connection, VPN, etc. etc. etc." These chats shouldn't be that hard to check.

I have the same issue. Prism energy is not working at all for me. Pain if you require it the deck you are playing. Just posting here to make sure this issue gets attention. I will also submit a support ticket.
