Is Pokemon TCG Live down, returning server errors?

I’m receiving a consistent error - ”An unexpected server error has occurred”.
Anyone else? I’ve done all the normal troubleshooting like logout, login, reinstall etc.

Down detector sees no interruption best I can tell. Is it just me? Thanks.

    Hello @fluffinhype!

These are most likely the result of a known issue in which decks containing unowned cards may occasionally appear as valid within the Deck Manager and be subsequently set as an Active Deck. These decks are still correctly prevented from being used upon attempting to enter matchmaking, but doing so is currently resulting in players being shown a Server Error message.

This is an issue the team is aware of and actively working to resolve, and we will provide updates in this thread as they become available.

I was able to confirm this is absolutely the reason and I appreciate the response. For anyone reading this, in my case it was caused by a single energy card (which obviously is ridiculous). By simply editing the deck and sort of fooling the game I could repair my all my decks to play again.

frankly I should have realized the work around sooner. It was not my brightest day.

to be exact it wasn’t that I didn’t ‘own’ the card, it was just that the game thought I didn’t own one and it doesn’t return the proper message indicating so.

close examination of each of your decks you want to make active lets you work around the issue for now.

I can't believe I'm THAT dumb, was having this issue for days and just noticed I had an Energy Switch which I don't own. 🤣

ohhhhh thank you so much! I didn’t catch the correlation to a new deck I built and the server error. For me it was a Crispin that I didn’t own. Oops! Weird the validation didn’t catch it. Soooo grateful for ya’ll!
