Battle pass problem

I bought the battle pass but it doesn't allow me to redeem any kind of rewards. "Server error try later" stuff like that. another player with this problem? in 1 week the battlepass will end and I will not be able to redeem the rewards of more than 20 levels.

Have you tried to reach out to our support channel ?
They will be happy to assist you with this issue. You can contact them on this address : https://support.pokemon.com/ then select the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us" to create a ticket.
Feel free to attach any screenshot of the error message to your request so they will be able to sort your issue faster.
