Where do I submit a ticket regarding my 400 Ladder Point Loss Bug?

Hello, which options should I select on the customer support ticket to have my account fixed? I gained +960 exp, +850 losses (and +850 games played) and -400 ladder points after I automatically won a match when my opponent failed to connect to the game.
Please advise.

Same I was 980 and i switched decks and it put me back to 720 :(
