    I managed to get it to work on my Samsung A20 phone with no issue other than minor glitches here and there

    When I started a new install today, I had a windows popup saying Windows Security has blocked "portions" of the LIVE client, I clicked allow and it seems to work with ONE ERROR 15 Access Denied, then 2nd try let me in on the LIVE client.

    The only solution I've come across is to change your web browser. I use Brave browser and would get the error, but when I finally swapped to Google browser I managed to get pass the error. Hope that helps

    I had the same problem, Error 15 every time I selected a language.

    How I fixed it: Select a different Language.

    In case the specific languages matter: I was selecting English to get the error, it worked when I selected Portuguese.

    Then just change yoru language back when you get into game.

    reading some of the solution, I managed to bring the definitive solution to error 15.

    First of all, download a VPN and set it on a Canada server (I used Windscribe VPN)

    After that, change your browser to Google chrome. (You have to turn it into your default browser)

    Then open the game and when error 15 page appear, click on imperia blue icon and go back. The game will open normally.

    This solution works 100%. I tested it on my PC, and works

    Its been more than a moth since I got this issue for the first time, but I still not able to play the game.

    I contacted the support, only bots answered me, suggesting useless solutions and when I replied them, they just keep answering they cannot help me, but I can try the solutions they gave me before.

    I also tried every single solution given here, but still, I cannot access the game… I can still access with my phone, but its too laggy to play there, I want to play on my laptop, please…
