New "Ban Phase" Coming to Pokemon Unite?

All this comes from leaks, so take it with a grain of salt.
This is allegedly supposed too be part of the "Draft Pick Battles" and is supposed to release ON Pokemon Day. Each team gets to choose 2 Pokemon to ban from the entire match, meaning 4 Pokemon in total will be locked for that match.
Do y'all think this is a good idea? Personally, I just hope nobody picks Dragonite.
