force shared account????

Me and my Boyfriend both play/played Pokemon tcg and have our own seperate Trainer club accounts but somehow the when i log into pokemon live it will kick him and vice versa? not to mention any changes he makes to the avatar will reflect when i log in, he also did a tutorial when he started and i wasnt prompted to do one because he did it? While hes logged on i can see the account has his user name but when i log in it will show my username because of this i wasnt able to migrate any of my cards from the Pokemon TCG.
