Me and my Boyfriend both play/played Pokemon tcg and have our own seperate Trainer club accounts but somehow the when i log into pokemon live it will kick him and vice versa? not to mention any changes he makes to the avatar will reflect when i log in, he also did a tutorial when he started and i wasnt prompted to do one because he did it? While hes logged on i can see the account has his user name but when i log in it will show my username because of this i wasnt able to migrate any of my cards from the Pokemon TCG.

Ngl, support kinda useless. Not to mention they never fixed the support web page. So even after years you can only report bugs not get help...
