Hi @all

It is a Timezone Problem.

you van fix it by Setting your time Zone.

Set your Timezone on PC / Phone to UTC-6 and you can login. You can change it back afterwards.

should be an easy fix for the devs hopefully…

Same thing still happening, the game worked fine before the update now it just gives error code 10099 at 20/41 of loading point...sad

Can't access from 2 different accounts. 10099 error comes up.
