During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

change your pc/phone time zone UTC-6 (-6, not+6 and better central time zone)
Adjust for daylight saving time automatically - on

Have got error 10099 aswell, uninstalled, reinstalled, didn't work

It is still not working in my Timezone.

Same thing still happening, the game worked fine before the update now it just gives error code 10099 at 20/41 of loading point...sad
