Still no updates on Error 10099?

Support told me that the issue was known and a priority, months ago. I still cannot successfully launch the game - that feels like it ought to be a priority. I sincerely hope it's an extremely persistent bug rather than a budgetary issue, as an inability for users to launch the game remains a major problem that should have resources allocated to it by TPCI. Is there any news or information from the team about why this issue is persisting?

The error seems to have expanded with the update to 1.9.0.

I was previously able to play the game. But now, on iOS and macOS, I get the 10099 error during the start-up.

The administrator can come out and sort it out. It's always 10099.

Did what the staff said to do when to get an error code. Uninstall and reinstall the game. did that and i still have the error message. such an awful game

Before this 1.9 updated, i was able to launch the game. But after ths updated, always there's 10099 error

Still no fix, tried uninstall and reinstall, still didnt work, tried logging on pokemon trainer club on browser and deny access to pokemon tcg live app in authorized apps still didn't work. Hope we get a fix otherwise WORST SET RELEASE SO FAR, hope they fix this.
