What oudschool ways of listening to music is your favorite?

I had one 😭 until my 250 qty cd collection was stolen ....

grumble grumble grumble.…

all of it just.... GONE.

Years of collecting.... purchasing.... scouring stores like the Wherehouse/FYE (both no longer exist I believe).... stup$d thieves! I hate thieves. We work so hard for what we have and they think they can just come and take whatever they want?! What gives them that right? Life is not a video game people. Respect others and their property. Karma is real. If we all treat others the same way you want to be treated, then the world be a better place.

For my answer to the op...

I still have a boombox from the mid 90s which has dual cassette players/recorder, radio, and a CD player.

No vinyls since they were before my time. 8-tracks were around and in our vehicles when I was a kid.

Yes I had generic walkmans in highschool.

Radio was a preferred method but lately it's mostly digital downloads via my cell app player. Too convenient and fav playlists are nice.

And yes, music played by an actual instrument is the best and is probably the oldest form of music. (I play a few myself).
