Firstly, I am not doubting the notion that Arceus is all-powerful. I am simply stating that for the purposes of certain questions, we are meant to assume that Arceus is not using all of these powers. Additionally, the Ditto Clause only applies to questions that include a link to it.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
I'm lost and don't remember reading about this Clause in the forum guidlines/rules. Is this something new or has to do with TCG/TCGP and that's why the match I had with @Ember2026 where Ditto and Mew were on bench and active and things didn't work right? (That was a while ago and @DoubleCure explained the rules to me then)

And are you talking about when someone responds with "ditto" meaning "duplicated answer as to that which I'm quoting in my comment"? Because the word "ditto" has been around longer than Pokemon. I remember it from when I was a kid, before photocopy machines were dominant in workplaces so a Xerox machine was used instead. My parents would say (this was a loooooong time ago) "I need to go make dittos" when they were making duplicates of worksheets for their classes. I would sit and watch them make them, fascinated by the machine.....
