The Ditto Clause
Many times, when someone wants to ask a hypothetical question about Pokemon (especially about Pokemon in real life), the default answer is often Ditto due to its ability to transform into any other Pokemon.
If a question asker wishes to employ the Ditto Clause, they will include a link to the Ditto Clause in their discussion. By responding to a question with the Ditto Clause, respondents agree to follow the rules of the Ditto Clause.
Ditto is not considered a valid answer if Ditto is chosen for its Transform move. However, Ditto may be used if it is for its other redeeming qualities, such as its squishibility. If so, the respondent's reasoning must be made clear. This also applies to Mew.
Additionally, Arceus is not assumed to have infinite powers and may only use abilities that have been explicitly shown in canon.
Should a respondent fail to uphold the rules of the Ditto Clause, they will be banished to shadow realm in which all Pokemon are Dittos. There, they shall bother us no longer.

You yourself can be Ditto claused. You said there is an all-powerful Arceus. @Tacolaser can too, for claiming they are all-powerful Arceus. Same with @DoubleCure, and many more.
