I wouldn't believe the AI summary. You need a real human to tell which leaks are probably fake, which leaks seem possible, which leaks are probably real, which leaks could literally just be people's comments or even jokes on leaks and fake leaks that the AI mistook for elaboration on the leak.

There's no way we're getting a Fire/Water starter at all unless they try pulling off the very risky gimmick of all starters having their weakness as a type, and I'm pretty sure there's no way they do it with Kanto first. It doesn't feel right. A new trio would be much better suited for the theme.

Second, a new Mega is mentioned. Z-A was just a few months ago. Even if they bring Megas back, they're not going to give us Charizard Z when they just finished Z-A and decided not to give it a new Mega during the perfect opportunity.

Finally, if we're getting Pokémon with Winds/Waves forms, Charizard will not be one of the Pokémon with them, because if they missed out on giving us Mega Kanto Z, they're probably not going to be used for new forms anytime soon to avoid people bringing up Charizard's million forms. The "hideous" descriptor is a tell this was taken from some jokes because there's no way Pokémon will make their beloved Charizard anything but cool and "hideous" sounds like something said jokingly.

I personally think it'll definitely be there, at least in the DLC. They don't usually remove starters, much less popular ones.

Not true, Mega Lucario was very much prominently featured in XY and out of the 28 Pokemon that can mega evolve only 10 are from Kanto. Also Mega Latios and Mega Latias which were very much prominently featured in ORAS were introduced in XY.
