Hmmmmm, you can crash at my townhouse until you get established... It's a multi-story-duplex (courtesy of @MonstaDash's building skillz) with three or four sheep and two birch trees in the yard (yes, a brown house with a cherrywood fence).
Let us all know when you go in, if you'd like a tour or something 😁👍

If anyone finds the following, I'll trade for the items. Thanks!
- Mangrove tree sapling(s) - I would like it for my tree/wood collection AND so I can start growing/harvesting that type of wood (needed for a project)
- Tadpoles in a bucket (2 buckets?) - use a water bucket and scoop them up... I want frogs!!!! (Need to make a greninja pond 😁, plus i like frogs in rl)
I think those can be found in a certain type of swamp.... We (CP and I haven't) found any yet.

It's a tad bit bare, since I haven't fully furnished it yet, but I'll clear out a cabinet for you (in the kitchen) and the downstairs bed is a good spawn point. 😁

Glass lava mostly lava some wool for the huebird

Actually, I already started a pond... It's near the enchantment table area on top. I even added a lilly pad that CP found for me! 😃 One bucket is for there, the other for my personal use.
BTW, Where's the missing mooshrum?????
