What future Pokemon game would you want to see?

I don't know if that would improve matters. But I do suspect Game Freak developers might get a little burned out on Pokémon. They clearly put more effort and creativity into their non-Pokémon games.
I think more studios should be leveraged to make Pokémon games. Nintendo have a wealth of talented developers under their own label, and some of them have even made RPGs. Let them have a crack at it, and give GF some time to recharge.
However, I suspect GF management are reluctant to let any other studio take charge of their games, in part because they own a large percentage of the brand, in part because they fear fans might like another studio's vision of Pokémon more.
If you part owned the largest media franchise on Earth, dwarfing Disney, would you risk losing your grip on it to even a slight degree?

Yeh because Nintendo studios make sure they’re treating there employees nice and are fine missing holidays for games (most the time) to work on the game more
Nintendo likes there games complete with no mistakes

You should look at Nintendo during the Wii U era, which people like to refer as the Dark Age of Nintendo.
