Even though it's never gonna happen, a new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game or Pokken Tournament 2.
I even got an idea for a Pokemon Ace Attorney collab... We'll see.

I would like to see a Black and White 3 only if Game Freak could do it justice, and I fear in their present state they could not do it justice.
Gen 5 was a low point in the series' popularity, even if it is ironically considered the peak of its quality by many today. Because of that, I think Game Freak view it as a failure, so my concern would be that rather than continuing the story and themes (both in gameplay and narrative) of BW and BW2, they would try to make a game that superficially resembles Unova in terms of its locale and characters, but brings its gameplay and narrative more in line with the recent, very successful 3D games.
Obviously that means the addition of modern features like Fairy type, exp. share, etc. But it would also likely mean abandoning a lot of the narrative threads and themes from the original gen 5 duology. I think only surface level stuff, like references to "truth vs ideals" would remain.
I don't think they would make BW3. I think they would make a modern Pokémon game set in the Unova region. That is not the same thing.
However, the most likely scenario for any new gen 5 game would be ILCA pushing out another BDSP style remake. They probably wouldn't even include the BW2 areas or content.
In spite of all the internet grumbling, BDSP sold well for a remake, so as far as the Pokémon Company are concerned they were on the right track. Gen 5 was the main series biggest failure in their eyes, so drop a low effort chibi remake with a exp. share slapped on to it, and that should be enough to satisfy any fans it has while offering those who missed it the first time a chance to play it.
And for those who hated it, they will have their belief reaffirmed that they were the games that ruined Pokémon.
But no real effort or money will have been wasted as it would with a full new game. Low risk obligation remake.
Perhaps Game Freak are turning things around. Maybe Winds and Waves are the step in the right direction we have been waiting for, and the company is finally making a return to form. But it is way too early to make that call yet, and I would want to see more than one success before I am confident that Game Freak is the company capable of making a worthy successor to the gen 5 games.
