I've noticed when I am tagged on someone's wall, sometimes i dont get a notification. Othertimes my notifications don't work either. For me, it seems random. IDK why yours aren't working. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

The most common case that notifications don't work could be when any of your messages to someone is answered.
