Every game I'm about to win, opponent freezes

So I've played 3 games tonight, each where I do incredibly well and am about to win vs my opponent and they do something to where the time just keeps ticking down instead of them forfeiting their turn and the round passing back to me. So I basically have to wait out the remain 15+ minutes so I don't take the loss because these jokers are hacking somehow to keep them from not having a timer. I wish TCG would start banning these sore losers... But I know that won't happen. Can someone at least fix it so they stop hacking and having an infinite move counter? Thanks

The opponent doesn't freeze. He deliberately lets the timer run out so you get less exp.
