Floatzel has always been one of my favorite water types, this was an easy choice

Flittle for me. Opportunist is actually underrated and if it has to go against the other options on this list, it'd destroy them with one Lumina Crash(since two are Fighting Types(eventually) and Floatzel is a glass cannon).
Also has Speed Boost so... Yeah.
