Yep, supporters and defenders dont need to be at as high a level as the damage dealers.

It may just be me, but I feel like Umbreon could do massive damage if the player wanted
I have her set up with:
Mean Look
Snarl
Slow Smoke
Trap the enemy, slow the enemy, hit the enemy, snarl the enemy
Damage easily piles up!
But you do a really good job with her as a support player!

Yeah, I've heard of Spragels, C.H. and a few others who share their "opinions" with others... but tbh, I don't follow them nor want to.
However, there is one pretty reliable source that CP shared with me who "leaks" event clips, news, new pokemon, move clips, upcoming changes, gift exchange codes, etc. that we have found to be very accurate (even though some of the clips are from a different regional server ... ahem... chinaserver... Shhhh...) but it's applicable to what's upcoming with our global server. Her name starts with a P and you may have watched her clips on YT.
I'm not mentioning the name here because I don't want it taken down. I'm sorry.

Yeahhhhh, you already know that one bugs me, lol.
Before the first nerf, for Meg, above triple 100ks were possible.... Fine.... Decrease the attk dmg, I get it... It's a supporter....
BUT....
The next nerf was totally uncalled for.
I say that having faced and successfully squished opposing Megs in ranked solo queued master level. The way to do it was to target Meg FIRST, take out the healer who could keep anyone alive indefinitely FIRST and as OFTEN as possible so you don't allow them to level up as quickly as the rest of us.... On that note, I apologize to those Megs who felt unfairly targeted during ranked matches (It was just strategy, nothing personal 😉)
So, yeaaahhhhh.... now there are other healing supporters who can easily out heal Meganium. 🥺. And yes, she was my new fav healer/supporter so I am sad.

Yep. Whisper whisper (That's why reading move descriptions helps in game play 😁. ). Whisper whisper (That's also another reason why I haven't unlocked any new pokemon since the event started and am sitting on over 4k lp ... I want to know the moves and such first... I gotta practice or learn them to see which ones fit me)

Whisper whisper I just jump into fights and choose the one that looks or sounds the strongest… Whisper whisper For choosing new Pokemon I choose Pokemon that I already know I like (for example, when I was getting Ceruledge I chose her because she was one of my favorite Pokemon. I had never tested her in Unite before!)
Honestly, I don't read the move descriptions often
I usually learn the attacks by trying them
That's why I liked being able to choose on the fly what my move set was
I didn't have to decide before that (when I'll most likely forget) if I want to try something new
I could decide in match where I know if the opponents are easy enough for me to be fine experimenting with a new attack or if they are tough and I need to continue to use something I'm familiar with
