How do i get my old unite account on a new device?

hmm why there a random blank area there??? 🤨😱. Make sure your signed into your pokemon trainer acount on your old device then on your new device sign in there. i think thats what you do.

@PokeMom244 did you write down or screenshot on your old mobile the service ID number on the prelobby screen? It's the screen with the orange "Ready" button.

Oh and last night was a major update... We had to get the update from GooglePlay, then a second one before logging in, then a third one while in lobby.
Has to do with patches, nerfs, bug fixes, new solo battle pass thingies, and Pikachu.
