How do i get my old unite account on a new device?

@Ember2026 has a post going through approval so this may be duplicate info but I believe you still have to create a new guest account then link your existing trainer central account to it. Ember knows more about it than me.

Hi @PokeMom244 - if you still need help with moving your account over, please send a ticket to our support team.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon UNITE from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thanks!
